Secure Medical Records Storage

Medical Moves are able to provide both onsite and offsite secure medical records scanning and storage facilities. We recognise the absolute need for patient confidentiality in medical records storage and have in place stringent Information Security Policies that conform to the BMA code of practice.

Our clients are able to access their records through logging in to their own personal secure web based account portal. This will then allow real time access to your account with full document management facilities including calling up delivering or collecting of records, full data and audit reporting and file destruction requests.

All files are electronically tracked in and out of the warehouse. For records that are requested for delivery, our own dedicated driver will take them direct to the delivery address and obtain real time proof of delivery data information through hand held PDA terminals. This information is displayed on the customer account portal.
